If you have kids, you have car seats. I have four kids under the age of 10 years old. This means I have four child safety restraints in my van and four in my nanny’s van. My parents also have an assortment of seats for their vehicles. So I like to think that I am somewhat qualified to recommend the best convertible car seats.
I have a bit of experience with multiple car seats. I’ve been pretty happy with most of the seats I have used, so I want to share my research and experiences with my readers.
But What About Infant Car Seats?
I used one with my oldest two children. However, as soon as they started wanting to sit up at around 4-5 months old, they hated being in their infant car seats.
To pay $100+ for an infant car seat for only 10 months of total use, it just wasn’t worth it for me. For my younger two children, they came home from the hospital in a convertible car seat. Since I don’t have any current experience with infant car seats, so I won’t be reviewing any at this time.
